Farm-Style Sandwich Bread

Our farm-style sandwich bread is a loaf pan bread shaped with a tight, yet light crumb and uniform consistency that's ideal for toasted, grilled, or panini-style sandwiches, French toast, bread crumbs, and stuffing.

 

This bread contains a custom blend of white and whole grain rice flours, sorghum flour, tapioca, flax meal organic eggs, organic 1% lactose-free milk, unsweetened organic coconut milk, salt, minerals, yeast, leavening agents, and organic plant-based shortenings of coconut, palm fruit oil, canola, and olive oil. No gluten, lactose, corn, soy, or nuts are in this bread and it is GMO free.  Also available as a dairy-free loaf bread comprised of unsweetened flax milk and unsweetened coconut milk.

Ten-Grain Bread

Our ten-grain bread is baked in a loaf pan shaped with a tight crumb and crust that's similar to a rye bread texture. This bread is perfect for a great basket or sandwich and it's high in wholesomeness, fiber, and protein. You'll taste teff, millet, oat, organic amaranth, quinoa, and various whole grain rice flours.

 

This bread contains yeast, organic cane sugar, organic tapioca, organic eggs, organic 1% lactose-free milk, unsweetened organic coconut milk, and plant-based shortenings from coconut, palm fruit oil, canola, and olive oil. There's isn't any gluten, lactose, corn, soy, or nuts. It is GMO-free. One loaf of this bread contains 25 grams of added organic cane sugar and 10 grams of pink mineral salt.

Farm-Style Anytime Rolls

These rolls are great for any time of the day! Well suited for breakfast and lunch sandwiches, toasted or fresh alone in a bread basket. These roughly 4" rounds offer a soft consistency with a lightly browned crust top and bottom.

 

A custom blend of white and whole grain rice flours, sorghum flour, tapioca, and flax meal rounds out the dry ingredients. This yeast bread contains organic eggs, organic 1% lactose-free milk, unsweetened organic coconut milk, leavening agents, and organic plant-based shortenings from coconut, palm fruit oil, canola, and olive oil. No gluten, lactose, corn, soy, or nuts are in this bread and it is GMO free.

You can also special order dairy-free loaf bread made with unsweetened flax milk and unsweetened coconut milk.

Paleo-Friendly Coconut Bread

This Paleo-friendly bread almost has a cake-like consistency that's very moist, slightly sweet, and a has a dense crumb. Overtones of lemon, vanilla, and maple syrup blended together with loads of fresh coconut.

 

This coconut bread is made from organic coconut flours, organic coconut, organic tapioca, organic eggs, organic pure vanilla, organic lemon zest, pink mineral salt, organic maple syrup, unsweetened organic coconut milk, organic goat yogurt, and baking soda.  No yeast, gluten, lactose, corn, soy, or nuts. It is GMO-free. This bread is available in a mini or full-sized loaf.

Bagels

Our bakery offers a variety of multi-grain bagels:

  • Plain

  • Sesame (organic tan and/or black seeds)

  • Everything (poppy, garlic salt, onion, and sesame)

  • Organic sunflower seeds

  • Salt

 

The bagels feature a slightly browned outer crust and a soft, moist center with a light springiness. All the bagels are made from certified gluten-free flours consisting of brown, white, millet, oat, sorghum, and tapioca. They also have flax meal, potato starch, salt, yeast, coconut vinegar, sodium bicarbonate, guar, and xanthan gum.

 

They also contain plant-based organic shortenings from coconut, plain fruit oil, canola, and olive oil. Added sweeteners include organic coconut nectar, organic dark molasses, and organic maple syrup. No gluten, dairy, corn, soy, or nuts are included in this mix. It is GMO-free.

Banana Bread

The volume of fresh ripened organic bananas and fresh coconut yields a dense, yet moist loaf. Organic maple syrup adds just the right sweetness that results in a taste you'll savior time and again. From a protein perspective, the contained flax meal and organic eggs make this a healthier treat. Contains a custom blend of white and whole grain rice flours, sorghum flour, tapioca, flax meal, organic eggs, pink salt, minerals, leavening agents, organic plant-based shortenings of coconut, palm fruit oil, canola, and olive oil. No gluten, lactose, corn, soy, or nuts are in this bread and it is GMO-free.
