Contains a custom blend of various wholegrain flours, Organic Eggs, Organic Pure Vanilla, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and unsweetened Organic Coconut Milk. The cookie is somewhat soft and has a slightly chewy texture overall; edges and bottom are lightly browned. Mixed Chocolate Chunk and Chip Cookies

Our mixed chocolate chunk and chip cookies are handmade from dairy-free, pure dark chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chunks mixed together into a slightly soft centered cookie, with slightly browned edges and bottoms.

These cookies are made from a custom blend of white and whole grain rice flours along with tapioca and potato starch. Other ingredients include organic eggs, unsweetened organic coconut milk, organic pure vanilla extract, pink mineral salt, organic plant-based shortenings derived from coconut, palm fruit oil, canola and olive oil.

Organic cane sugar and organic light brown sugar are added for sweetness. We are an allergy friendly bakery. The cookies do not contain any gluten, dairy, corn, soy or nuts. Our organic oats are GMO-free.

The main ingredients include organic oats, organic coconut, organic vanilla granola and tree ripened unsweetened organic apricots. The sweeteners include organic maple syrup, organic cane sugar and organic light brown sugar.

This mix does contain leavening agents salt plant starches and organic plant-based shortenings from coconut, palm fruit oil, canola and olive oil. It does not contain any gluten, lactose, corn, soy or nuts and is GMO free.
