Chocolate Lava Cookie Cakes

Our mixed chocolate chunk and chip cookies are handmade from dairy-free, pure dark chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chunks mixed together into a slightly soft centered cookie, with slightly browned edges and bottoms.

These cookies are made from a custom blend of white and whole grain rice flours along with tapioca and potato starch. Other ingredients include organic eggs, unsweetened organic coconut milk, organic pure vanilla extract, pink mineral salt, organic plant-based shortenings derived from coconut, palm fruit oil, canola and olive oil.

Organic cane sugar and organic light brown sugar are added for sweetness. We are an allergy friendly bakery. The cookies do not contain any gluten, dairy, corn, soy or nuts. Our organic oats are GMO-free.

Cream Puffs

Chocolate Coated Eclair

Slightly soft baked pastry dough filled with a French style vanilla pastry cream. Contains unsalted butter, organic and lactose-free half & half, organic pink salt, organic cane sugar, organic vanilla extract (alcohol-free), organic whole eggs and corn free baking powder. Pastry shell comprised of rice flours, millet, tapioca and arrowroot. Coated with chocolate alone or together with organic powdered cane sugar. Also available with a Vanilla or Chocolate Swiss Meringue Butter Cream substituted for the pastry cream.

Paleo-Friendly Coconut Muffins

The Paleo diet has been growing in popularity and our team at Still Delicious is proud to offer a delicious Coconut Muffin that fits the Paleo diet!

This muffin is light with airy cake-like consistency. This cake has a very moist consistency that simply melts in your mouth! It’s ever so slightly sweet and has a somewhat dense crumb. The muffin features overtone flavors of lemon, vanilla, cardamom and maple syrup blended together with fresh coconut flavors.

The batter is made from organic coconut flours, organic coconut, organic tapioca, organic eggs, organic pure vanilla, organic lemon zest, pink mineral salt, organic maple syrup, unsweetened organic coconut milk and organic goat yogurt. The batter does contain baking soda, but no yeast, gluten, lactose, corn, soy or nuts and as always, it is GMO-free.

Also available without any dairy ingredient on a special order basis.

Banana Muffins

If you’re a fan of bananas, this muffin is for you! It’s light and wholesome with a slight maple syrup sweetness and plenty of fresh banana taste!

The principle ingredient in this muffin is fresh organic bananas. Other ingredients include organic rice flours, buckwheat, millet, organic tapioca, organic eggs, organic pure vanilla, organic cane sugar, pink mineral salt, unsweetened organic coconut milk, organic coconut yogurt, cinnamon and leavening agents.

The muffin mix is sweetened with organic maple syrup, organic cane sugar, and organic light brown sugar. It also includes organic plant-based shortenings from coconut, palm fruit oil, canola and olive oil. No gluten, dairy, corn, soy, or nuts are in this mix and it is GMO-free.

With the Banana Muffins, you do have a few version options including Dairy-Free Semi-Sweet Pure Chocolate Chips, Dairy-Free Pure Dark Chocolate Chips, Maple Sugar and/or Toasted Coconut Topping.

Our team also offers an alternative version that contains the same ingredients but adds lactose and Casein-free butter.

Special order options include eggless and alternative fruit and/or natural low glycemic sweeteners.

Cranberry Muffins

Add some antioxidants to your diet with our delicious, premium quality cranberry muffins! The cake’s consistency is moist and ever so slightly sweet. Overtones of orange and vanilla paired with the fresh cranberries’ tartness create a healthy blend of sweetness and vitamin-rich fruit.

The muffin’s cake is made from organic rice flours, millet, coconut flours, organic tapioca, potato starch, organic eggs, organic pure vanilla, pink mineral salt, organic cane sugar, organic orange, organic maple syrup, unsweetened organic coconut milk and organic coconut yogurt.

The muffin also contains leavening agents as well as organic plant-based shortenings from coconut, palm fruit oil, canola and olive oil. No yeast, gluten, dairy, corn, soy or nuts are in this mix and it is GMO-free.

An alternative version offered contains lactose and casein-free butter as an ingrediant. Seasonally-made product subject to fresh cranberry availability.

Blueberry Muffins

The cake consistency is most and just slightly sweet featuring overtones of orange, vanilla and a generous load of fresh, plump blueberries. The muffin’s batter is made from rice flours, millet, organic tapioca, potato starch, organic eggs, organic pure vanilla, pink mineral salt, organic cane and light brown sugar, unsweetened organic coconut milk and organic coconut yogurt.

As with the other recipes, the blueberry muffins also contain leavening agents as well as plant-based shortenings from coconut, palm fruit oil, canola and olive oil. There is no gluten, dairy, corn, soy or nuts and it is GMO-free.
